The Luton Wellness Walks make a real difference by encouraging people to stay active while supporting mental health and wellbeing. I always feel uplifted after joining. The community Iftaar walks are especially meaningful they bring everyone together, promote connection and create a positive space for reflection, friendship, and shared wellness.
Luton Wellness Walks have created a supportive, welcoming community that strengthens both physical and mental wellbeing. I have not long moved to Luton and coming to the wellness walks have enabled me to make new friends in Luton.
Wellness walk is for everyone, I thought being older (65) I would not be able to do the walks because o the length however the team stay with you and everyone goes at their own pace. They have fast walkers and slow walkers, but no one gets left behind. The volunteers stay with you and we all have a laugh. There is also some beautiful photo moments too.
